There is no scientific evidence to suggest that people with celiac disease have a higher risk than the general population of developing adverse effects following the administration of the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine. Therefore, when it comes to vaccination against SARS-CoV-2, it is recommended that people with celiac disease follow the Public Health Authorities’ guidance addressed to the general population.
